I love how bedroom pop and r&b blend sometimes.

Something I recently found has been stuck in my head – “Where We Started” from London producer Dwyer & Brighton singer Honey Mooncie (collaborated with Sam Wills on the hit “Traingazing”). The song fuses smooth, soaring vocals, organic beats, and sultry strings, with a delightfully hazy touch.

“Where We Started” serves as the closing single leading up to the release of Dwyer’s upcoming Crying at Karaoke EP due Nov 10th via our friends at Well Overdue. Prior releases from the EP include two soulful instrumentals, “Vermona’s Curse” and “Illucinations,” alongside the vibrant hip-hop track “Demons,” featuring the UK rapper Kieron Boothe.
